A school with fewer than 120 learners pays the minimum of USD 300 a term. Larger than the table? The price per learner stays the same.
Included in the price
Families are told about absences, fees, payments, report cards and notices by email, in the app and by phone notification. Absence and fee alerts also go by SMS.
Charged separately
Report cards and important notices sent by SMS to every family. You choose when to use it, notice by notice, and pay only for what is sent.
The fine print, unhidden
- What counts as a learner
- Learners enrolled in the current term. Learners who have left do not count, and their records stay for your reference. If your numbers change, the next term's invoice follows them.
- Setup
- We set up your academic year, import your first register and build your fee structure with you. That is part of the price, not an extra line.
- Your free term
- Your first term costs nothing, so you can run a full fee and report-card cycle before you pay. If you decide not to continue, your data is yours and we export it for you.
- Paying
- An invoice each term, or pay the year upfront and save 10%. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
